Virus removal doesn't delete your personal files. If there's any risk, we back them up first and tell you before we start.
Can you remove viruses on-site?
Yes. Most virus removals are done at your home or office, or you can drop the computer off.
Do I need to pay for antivirus software?
Not always. For many home users, the protection built into Windows, set up properly and kept updated, is enough. We'll recommend what suits how you use your computer.
Do you work on Macs?
